Since December 2022, the people of Artsakh have lived under an illegal blockade by Azerbaijan. With his fellow artists Solange Merdinian and Margarita Parsamyan, Armen Martirosyan participated in a charity concert for the children of Artsakh at St. Mary’s Armenian Church.
The event showcased an extraordinary display of musical talent and unity, drawing attention to the needs of the children affected by the Artsakh conflict. Through their mesmerizing performances, these musicians aimed to raise funds and awareness to support the children's education, well-being, and rebuilding of their lives.

During their final years at the University of Miami's Frost School of Music, students might organize a senior recital to display the results of their diligent efforts throughout their undergraduate studies. In this performance, Armen exhibits his abilities within a classical music context, enchanting and transporting the audience into a realm of musical splendor and sentiment. More than merely marking the end of Armen's academic voyage at UM, his senior recital mirrors his unwavering commitment, intense enthusiasm, and evolution as an artist.
Through the fluid movement of his fingers across the piano keys, he skillfully communicates the intricate tunes and harmonies of each composition, showcasing both his technical mastery and emotional sensitivity. Armen's senior recital stands as more than just a musical presentation; it stands as evidence of the profound transformative influence of music and the resolute devotion essential to attain mastery within it.
The Christmas Spirit Musical Extravaganza program reunites Armen and Kostia to enchant their audience with Christmas classics like Winter from Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, White Christmas, Epilogue from the Polar Express, and favorite Holiday music. They also debuted Gounod – Waltz Juliette, a piece that had never been played with piano and violin. This concert was held at the Coral Gables Congregational Church in Coral Gables, FL.
The Coral Gables Winter Dreams is a festive holiday concert at the Sanctuary of the Arts sponsored by the Miami Chamber Music Society. The program was headlined by Armen and Kostia to captivate their audience with Christmas classics like Let It Snow, Por Una Cabeza, Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, Winter, and ABBA’s Happy New Year. The program also featured interpretive dancers for Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker with choreography by Alice Arja.
The Make Music Not War program was the inaugural concert by Armen Martirosyan and Kostia Lukyniuk. The concert embraces Armenian and Ukrainian cultures as it was intended to shed light on the conflicts in Armenia and the Ukraine. The program selection included classical music with highlights from Armenian and Ukrainian composers like Skoryk, Bagasaryan, and Komitas. Armen and Kostia are University of Miami Frost School of Music students in concert to bring awareness on conflicts in Armenia and Ukraine.
University of Miami Frost School of Music students enrolled in the Bachelor of Music in Keyboard Performance are required to have public recitals in their junior year. Armen’s Junior Piano Recital was his first concert after arriving in the United States. The concert was held at the Coral Gables Congregational Church on March 1, 2022.
His breathtaking performance of classical pieces by Abrahamyan, Bach, Babajanyan, Bagdasaryan, Chaminade, Chopin, Delioux, and Khachaturyan garnered his first standing ovations in the United States.
While studying at the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan, Armen was invited to give a solo performance in Tbilisi, Georgia following his participation in the Harmonia International Festival. This concert featured the works of Baroque, Classical and Romantic period composers like Bach, Mozart, Debussy, Ravel, Frank, Schuman, Babajanyan, Kachaturyan, and Bagdasaryan.
